Terms For Customers

- 3Cafe owners have the right to confirm or cancel booking requests.
- 4Cancellation is solely at the discretion of the cafe owner; users cannot initiate cancellations.
- 5Customers are responsible for any damages caused during events.
- 6Once an event is booked, the allocated time cannot be extended.
- 7Fahara is not responsible for disputes between customers and cafe owners.
- 8Customers must comply with cafe rules and local regulations.
Terms For Cafe Owners
- 1Cafe owners must provide accurate venue information, pricing, and capacity details.
- 2Owners are responsible for updating availability and services.
- 3Owners must review booking requests fairly and respond promptly.
- 4Owners may confirm, complete, or cancel bookings through the dashboard.
- 5Any cancellation should be communicated to customers as early as possible.
- 6Owners are responsible for maintaining a safe and suitable event environment.
- 7Fraudulent listings may be removed without notice.
Payment & Commission
- 1Cafe owners receive 100% of their earnings for all completed bookings.
- 2Fahara does not charge any platform commission on booking payments.
- 3Payments for completed bookings are processed and settled directly to cafe owners on a weekly basis.
- 4It is the responsibility of the cafe owner to ensure bank account and IFSC details are updated correctly in their dashboard.
- 5Fahara is not liable for payment delays caused by incorrect banking information provided by the owner.
Platform Rules
- 1Fahara provides a platform connecting customers and cafe owners.
- 2Fahara does not own or operate listed cafes.
- 3Users must not provide false information.
- 4Abuse, harassment, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- 5Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or removed.
Limitation Of Liability
Fahara acts solely as a booking platform. We are not responsible for venue quality, event outcomes, cancellations initiated by owners, damages, injuries, or disputes arising between customers and cafe owners. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
